Following the Alphabetical Convention

Why do we have "A litter, B litter, ect."?

There is many reason why breeders use the alphabetical convention. Usually its used for finding a dog, siblings in the litter, information on the litter, parents of the litter, etc.

Why do we use the alphabetical convention?

It is mainly to find where our puppy's are. This convention allows our kennel keep track to whats happening with our Rottweilers that have been re-homed. It also allows for us to make 100% sure that our dogs are not re-homed without our consent. We are proud of our kennel, and this allows our kennel to access information on our puppies that have earned titles and other accomplishments. This method is a very effective way for us to keep track of our Rottweilers, whether it be where they are, what they have accomplished or what is going on in their lives, this is why we use the alphabetical convention.

How does your kennel pick the letter for each litter?

We will be saving certain letters for our potentially high prospect litters, but our litter letters will be picked for our kennel's desired way of keeping track of the litter. We will always post what letter the litter is, this will allow anyone to think of names to come up with for their new Rottweiler that they adopt from us.

Can we name our Rottweiler whatever we want? Even if we use the litter letter?

No. We will assist you in your name of your new Rottweiler from us. We have the right to object the sale of our Rottweiler to anyone, as well as to object a name we don't agree with. The reason for this is because some owners come up with some very unique names that may not be respected in competitions. We would not like our adopted Rottweiler to be an International Champion with the name of "Sirbarksalot Von Ackerland". It isn't really respectful and we are a respectful, reputable breeder. There will be some leeway for those that sign a pet/companion contract, but we do have our limitations.

For those who are buying a Rottweiler from us, we will assist you into getting a name. We like to be in contact with everyone that we sell our Rottweilers to, throughout their lives and your lives. It's our goal to make sure your 100% satisfied at the same time respecting our kennel and the Rottweiler world.
